The first 30 days are parts and labour service, with the remaining time being labour only. This service is a back-to-base, with the cost of returning an item being the customer's responsibility. Once a machine has been refurbished, it goes through extensive testing to ensure no hidden problems are there. As such, we are confident that the computers we sell are of excellent quality and reliability when shipped.
