Delivery
We only offer a next-day signed-for service so should you think that you may not be able to accept the package on the day of delivery, please ensure you use a neighbour's or office address when paying.
We dispatch all items the same day (Monday to Friday) if you have placed your order before 1pm.
Deliveries are all made by DPD on a next working day basis and, you will get a notification on the morning of the delivery giving you a 2 hour time slot. This notification will be via email or text message.
As all our items have to be signed for so please ensure that you are in on the day of the delivery. If you wish, once you receive the DPD confirmation of delivery email or text, you are able to request that your item can be left with a neighbour or delivered on a different day.
